This is Rental 101 when it comes to the wedding world.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Tips for Placing Your Rental Order<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>&#8220;How soon should I place my order?&#8221; We are asked this question all the time. Since everything is based on availability, we highly suggest that you\u00a0place your order as soon as you know what you need.<\/li>\n<li>Order a higher number than is expected on your original reservation.\u00a0It is always easier to decrease than increase quantities. You won&#8217;t be penalized for decreasing your numbers!<\/li>\n<li>Work with the venue or caterer to place your order, if possible. This will make the process easier on both ends.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure you have either\u00a0a venue and\/or caterer before placing an order. We&#8217;ll need to know how much space we are working with before we can get started.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>According to <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.weddingwire.com\/wedding-ideas\/reception\/10-things-you-should-not-forget-to-rent\">WeddingWire<\/a>,<\/em> there are 10 things you need to remember when it comes to the rentals for your wedding. When it comes to renting items like tents, restrooms, electricity, lounge furniture, and dance floors, only certain venues require them. Here&#8217;s what we can help you with:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/wp.hashe.com\/aclassic\/prod-category\/tents\/\"><strong>Tents: <\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>There are a few reasons people use tents for a wedding. If the wedding is outside, they may rent a tent for shade or to keep people out of the rain. Another reason for a tent could be to add extra space, if needed. If you&#8217;re having your ceremony and\/or reception outdoors you need some kind of contingency plan for bad weather.
